Actually, the auto failover project was already under way. I had approved purchases to remote equipment and a separate POTS just for remote hands and from there the routers would have been setup...

Gabe is restoring functionality now via a rigged up DSL line into a laptop that has the console plugged in...

Yep. Phone lines never went down (thanks to not going SIP).

Only customers affected are those on Cogeco TPIA here in Chatham and our SkyFi customers.. And our office systems...

yep. working on that now. shouldn't be much longer.

I was sitting on the edge of the server while talking to the guys who are fixing everything..
