[DVR] Tivo Whole home bundle issues and questions - Somerville M

Just recently got the whole home bundle setup this past weekend and I've had issues from the get go.

Issues:
MoCA not working consistently, despite the fact that networking diagnostics pass without issue.
When I kill MoCA and go hard wired, I can transiently browse the DVR however cannot playback anything from it remotely.

Questions:
Will the Previews ever be able to pause live TV? How about issuing a record action based on locally viewed content?

Please help!

For the MoCA issues, i'd call RCN tech support. It's possible that the service tech didn't put the proper filter on your line.

As for the pause live TV and start recordings from a preview, I can answer them. Us in the beta group are testing the starting recordings from the preview and it's working nicely. The pausing live TV hasn't been pushed to us yet, but it's a highly known feature that RCN is aware of and actively working on. Be patient, it'll come.
