Lincolnshire, IL | Tremendous value??? I realize domestic carriers get abused on foreign networks, but rates/overages like these is just begging people to find alternatives. And there are plenty- use wifi for google voice/skype/voip, sim swap, or simply buy a prepaid burner phone if the other options won't work for you.

That's what we do for the UK and Italy. The Italian phone even has an English web page to add minutes. |
