Try a reboot of the box, if you have UltraTV make sure to pull the battery as well.. Otherwise you'll need WOW_Dan to assist you, or give support a call to fix that issue.
Well I just went back to Comcast. Should have never left them to save a few dollars. They gave me a promotion that will save me more than WOW in the first place. By looking at what has been happening here with WOW it appears they will not be in business long. Everyone in the family complains to me when the cable is out. Thanks for the help but it is a billing provisioning problem with there new billing system.
