Whew... It's in the about:config. Change gfx.direct2d.disabled false to true.
Man! Who in the hell ever thought blurry text was cool and should be made standard should be shot and killed on sight! |

Schaumburg, IL | That's an issue with how your video card is handling 2D acceleration. In my case, the text is fine, but the row spacing is sometimes messed up compared to having it disabled. |

I can't seem to turnoff the cleartype. Makes FF 17 unusable! |

| Related to clear type ? I don't see any significant difference although I do leave it off as I don't want my Browser dictating things like hardware acceleration.
Stuff like that should be native to the O/S.
That's Advanced > General Tab, btw. I don't believe it is a default setting. |
