 | [BC] Sudden Downgrade loss of 56% overall bandwidth Channel Spli Was I ever upset I was so happy that everything was working great with my new high speed package then suddenly about 3 days ago I lost 56% overall bandwidth. I called in and raged like a maniac at the same guy for like 1 hour. He said that they were focusing on the issue whatever that means but still nothing has changed!
Why did they wreck a good thing! I was so happy everything was working so well and its as if all they do daily is try and chase there last only customer off the network. Maybe I should stop buying their packages? We all have to eat but for some reason telus doesn't understand this. Its like I am wasting my breath and treated like dirt no matter how helpful I think my advice is. Maybe we should call up some scientists and try telling them how to build radioactive isotopes or something probably get the same guy. |

I've had my download speed reduced by about 3/4ths from ~5.6mb/s to ~1.3mb/s. I called in, they told me there was nothing they could do because my download speed is within their "range" that the package provided. |
