Bandwidth cap overages back in place? I got a warning email

I got a warning email yesterday saying I hit 80% (200GB) of my 250 GB limit yesterday. I went over 250 last month and got 0 warnings.

I doubt I'll go over the limit in the next 4 days, but if anyone else does, let us know if you do get charged.

Interesting.

Random people talking about the caps makes me wonder if they didn't shut off caps nation wide. I haven't seen anything in this area yet.

As per »www.suddenlink.com/allowanceplan ··· nceplan/

said by As per »www.suddenlink.com/allowanceplan ··· nceplan/ :

What happens if I'm one of the few who exceeds the monthly allowance?

We are in the process of validating our usage measurements. After that process is completed – including review by a trusted third party – the following procedures will apply for the very few who go over their allowance

I think all the alerts and warnings are still in place but it was publicly posted by Suddenlink that no charges will be applied regardless of bandwidth consumption.
