I have a Norelco I bought circa 20 years ago. I replace the heads every year and replace the soldered-in battery pack every 4 years or so (whenever it no longer holds a charge). It works.

I've lost track of how old my Norelco is- probably between 10 and 12 years old. Nothing has ever been replaced on it- still has the original heads and battery pack.
