Wireless Users Chat → [HSDPA] Looking for a company like Millenicom that uses At&t

Is there a company that offers HSPDA+ with at&t's network? I know millenicom offers it, but its only for tmobile towers which aren't in my area. Only verizon/at&t are here and I'd like to upgrade from evdo rev a since the speeds are really inconsistent.

So why not a Millenicom Verizon hotspot package?

Accel Networks if you can afford to pay $150 per month on a three year contract.
