yabos join:2003-02-16 London, ON | [Cable] Woodstock POI congestion? My parents have pretty slow speeds in Ingersoll of just over 4Mbit down on extreme which is on the Woodstock poi as far as I've heard. Is there any congestion on this poi? |

 | Hello,
I just got off the phone with my brother who lives in Ingersoll also. He has the 6 Meg package and is getting 5 Meg right now, and there haven't been any reports of congestion in Woodstock. What I can do, if you like, please post the account information in the TekSavvy direct forum and I can have a tech look into this issue for you.

I am in Woodstock and I experience slowdowns on and off. I am at the point now I've actually purchased a DCM476 just to make sure it's not the SMC. |
