You either have a ridiculously small cap, or I call BS. The theoretical peak speed with LTE is 300mbits. 15 seconds * 300 mbits is still just over 500megabytes. And you are never going to get anywhere near 300mbits. If you get 5% of that you're doing really good.

Sounds about right. I usually speed test around 20mbps down/up over Verizon "4G".

Let me do some actual math then...

Last speed test was 27mb down. 27 / 8 = 3.375.

300 / 3.375 = 88.88888888888889 seconds.

Changes everything.... right?
