clbowen2 join:2000-10-06 Cleveland, OH	Starz/Encore technical difficulties Are anyone elses Starz/Encore channels not working? There's a message on the screen saying the provider is experiencing technical difficulties. It worked yesterday.

maartena Elmo Premium join:2002-05-10 Orange, CA kudos:1	reply to clbowen2 Not just U-Verse either. FIOS reports the same outage, as well as Dish Network and DirecTV. Problem appears to be at the uplink side of Starz and Encore. -- "I reject your reality and substitute my own!"

My network center contact stated it was either electricity/power problems or routing/switching problems. This was resolved at 10:50 CST last night according to him.
