[Cable] What is going on with TSI's Internet stability these daySince around Nov 21 until today, Internet service has been at best crappy in Ottawa. Can someone please explain what has been going on? Is it really that difficult to fix that it has to take 2 weeks and still counting?
This is really frustrating. Most times when it is usable, it is running at less than 1KB. That's even slower than when I started using 24K dial-up modem. Other times the Internet can be completely unusable.
I am not trying to be rude, but us customers at least deserve an explanation of what is going on with all this 2+ weeks down time.
Please, let us know what is going on with the problems and if it is going to be completely resolved any time soon.
Thank you very much. |

Re: [Cable] What is going on with TSI's Internet stability theseThe Ottawa/St-Laurent POI is over capacity at peak, it might be what's affecting you, or it might be something else combined with the St-Laurent capacity issues. TSI is adding more capacity next week to St-Laurent. |
