We are experiencing a DHCP outage on the St. Laurent POI in Ottawa.
We are experiencing a RF outage on the 35 Scarlett POI in Toronto.
Master ticket is already opened and we are looking to resolve it ASAP. No ETA at the moment, but thank you for your patience.

**UPDATE** There is both routing and DHCP outages confirmed in Ottawa on the St.Laurent POI. Sorry for any inconvenience. |

Yeah all of the outages in Ottawa certainly make me cringe. I only have one person on TSI currently in the area but that is going grow in the new year. Hope that stability returns to the region come 2013. |

Ottawa, ON | why is DHCP constantly and still going down at St-Laurent POI? What's the cause of it? at what point will customers on St-Laurent POI start getting discounts because of the DHCP issue combined with the POI being over capacity too? |
