Re: Time Warner Boosting Standard Speed to 15Mbps I don't think it was asked yet, but will Turbo be upgraded as well? Paying $20 more for 5 Mbps doesn't make a whole lot of sense. |

I think the best way to send a message is downgrade service. When they see the higher standard speed cannibalizing their Turbo tier, it will get boosted. -- Phillip M.
