| Guide not loading properly DVR crapped out so Verizon sent me a refurb 7216 P2. In order for the guide to properly load I need to go to the guide, hit the day forward button (>>) for the guide data to load and for the recordings to properly schedule. When I check the number of guide days in settings, it will decline down to say 4, 3 or 2 with recordings only scheduled for those days. But if I hit the day forward button the number of guide days in settings will go up to say 8 but oddly enough scheduled recordings could show up beyond that (10-14 days perhaps). Also, sometimes information bar will show "no information" but if I hit day forward button show information suddenly appears. Didn't have this problem with prior DVR and don't have it with my other DVR (a 7216 p1). One interesting side note is I don't seem to have any slow channel changing anymore with this refurb--had it big time with prior unit. I'm in VHO5. Thoughts? |
