 2 edits | Vantage Report not displaying logs After setting up and registering vantage log with the 1 node license it came with, I am not getting any log readings. I can access and add a device from localhost, but there are no diagnostics to see connection status.
I noticed a similar problem in another topic where using first MAC in the MAC Range was recommended, but even with that I am not seeing any log updates.
I tried using the first MAC in the range, it did not connect, then I tried the mac that is associated with the P3, P4 that I am connected to, still nothing happened.
Besides getting it to run on a local workstation, is there anything else I should be doing for USG50 to report logs?
Maybe I should mention that I am only seeing "System Up Time:" on the dashboard, which is displaying correct uptime of USG50. I also set up logs to report everything to syslog (all manuals/pdfs showing an ancient version of the syslog settings).
OK, I rebooted my PC once again and I started seeing some more logs come through. I still don't see system name, model #, etc.. they don't seem to be reported by USG50 to Vantage, but I am getting other logs. |
