It said the Motorcraft were Organic, but all the others there are Ceramic. All of those brake pads have equal good reviews

Organic pads will probably yield the best "normal driving" stopping performance and quietest operation, but will not wear as well. You also get less fade resistance than with ceramics, but again, its all part of the trade-off.
