I also noticed when this happens. It doesn't show LTE or 4G. Only AT&T.

@comcast.net | He needs to call AT&T, it's a provisioning thing with his account and/or SIM. Have the rep reprovision the device and see what happens. Until this is done, you cannot be sure if it's the handset as a whole or just the provisioning that's the issue. |
