Optimum app for laptop - Multiple users

So how do I set up this thing for multiple users? Only the person who installed it can use it. Attempting installation by other user accounts results in a message that it's already installed.

The shortcut is weird:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Silverlight\sllauncher.exe" ----------.optimumapp.iptv.optimum.net
(with numbers where the '-'s are) and for some reason doesn't work for the other users.

OK, the files are installed in the user's AppData folder. (Which is really strange, since the desktop shortcut is installed for all users.)

So you have to copy C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Silverlight\OutOfBrowser\.........optimumapp.iptv.optimum.net to each user's equivalent AppData folder.

It seems to work, but I'm not completely sure. It crashed once.

Typical Cablevision half-fast implementation.

So there's no way to use this with multiple user accounts?

That's exactly what I did.

Copy the local app data to each user, or if you want it available to all new user accounts, copy to the default profile app data directory and put the shortcut on public.

And it's half-assed. Not half-fast
