Their passive skill system consists of over 1000 'nodes', it has a very 'diablo 2' feel, yet retaining it's own style, quite fun, it is actually in closed beta currently, but a 10$ donation will get you a beta key+ingame currency

yeah torchlight is a good game aswell, but PoE so far has been a blast |

| from my understaning its in closed beta, but you get into closed beta and everything else immediately if you donate $10 or something
once it comes out its F2 get F2P |

above is correct, it is closed beta currently, open beta is january 27th or something like that
when it is released it will be free to play, 10$ is the minimum and that does get you into the beta, higher amounts get other items, such as a kiwi ingame, and ingame currency which currently can be used to purchase extra stash slots and character slots

very impressed with this game so far
feels more like diablo 2 than diablo 3 did
you can level gems, which have abilities, pretty cool
the talent tree is massive and pretty awesome
you carry health vials and mana vials, that refill on their own when you kill mobs, and you can use them in combat to heal up, or mana up as required
very awesome so far |

not for everyone thats for sure, this is marketed towards D2 lovers
graphics are very good
controls are smooth, animations are better than I expected, music is pretty good
feels more like a real world than Diablo 3 did, social aspect is dfeintely better than diablo 3 was
the zones are 3D, meaning you run up hills down hills, etc... not everything flat like diablo 3
running thru grass actually moves the grass, this game will be great
there is no gold! you trade with vendors and players! |

| all entertainment is time wasting
flasks in this game are awesome (they are used to restore health)
by killing mobs flasks regain charges for healing you, in addition flasks offer perks like regular items!
in addition flasks can remove chill affects and other things/special features, very cool!
very impressed with this game so far, can't say enough |
