Configured it perfectly(or so I thought)...but it still doesn't connect.

(even though it shows that I'm getting a IP address on my Linux PC.)

as root

ifdown eth0
ifup eth0

that should work in ubuntu, but, i don't consider ubuntu, debian, so it might not, but, that paste we need
--
debian sid | apt-get into it
proudly anti-micro$oft using aptosid / siduction
