| Prob. the MAC is your problem, Google "diagnostic modems" I am leaning towards that the stand up people you ordered from are reusing modems that have been banned because they stole the modems certs and MAC to use. Just a shot in the dark. I have provisioned many modems for family friends etc. on Comcast and they took every unit I bought. |

| I also figured out that they also do business as stopthelease.com. which means they may use other names to hide their identity. |
