| [Tampa] SAP no longer working on beIN Espanol 1919 I no longer am getting the secondary audio channel on beIN Sport Espanol, Channel 1919 in the Tampa Bay area. Apparently it's been out for a while, since I've noticed it on shows DVR'd from a week or more ago as well as on live programming.
This was valuable to have since beIN Espanol would provide English commentary on matches via SAP and this channel shows several matches not broadcast on their regular English-language channel (and I'm paying an extra $8/month to get it). |

| There's no SAP audio whatsoever on the channel, just checked it prior to posting.
All the matches in question are from the Spanish league where the international provider to beIN supplies English commentary tracks. For the first month or so after the channel was added, whenever I pulled up one of these matches on my DVR, I got the English commentary on the SAP channel. The last several I pulled up had no SAP audio whatsoever, however. |

Apparently this is a Bright House issue - on a soccer board I found another Bright House user with the same problem, while someone with Comcast was still getting the SAP. |

| Is this the HD version beIN espanol? I know that TWC in North Texas has no SAP on the HD version of beIN sport but does on the SD feed which makes no sense because the SD versions are basically just re-encoded down converted HD feeds of beIN sport and beIN espanol and they have to have the SAP feed on the HD feed to broadcast it on the SD channel as there is no SD feed available and the cable company has to take the 16:9 feed and send it out on a custom made 4:3 channel which results in the top and bottom bars. |

There has been no problem found so far...this is how we're getting it from them. I am still waiting for a final reply however. |
