[Mozilla] FireFox 17.0.1 Gui issue

Click for full size
i was reading a wikipedia page, i don't have any add-ons installed, i don't have any programs that interfere with firefox.

So anyway out of nowhere another blue square tab/box appeared on top and disappeared 3 or 4 times...

As a guy with ocd...this really upset me and my brain wants to know why it occured.

Pic to somewhat demonstrate....

Since that area is normally "glassed", are you sure it wasn't something under your Firefox window? (I say "normally" because yours doesn't look like the default layout.)

i don't have aero enabled and no background process was open.

Eh just a minor glitch i guess.

Could it be related to the CSS used to reposition the tab bar?

ok if i can remember correctly it was the menu bar but a blank one...it appeared and disappeared 2 times in a couple of seconds and that's it.

No clue what would cause that since i don't have the menu bar enabled.

It's just my ocd.

Nah, it's interesting stuff.

Does your menu bar not display properly when you hit the 'Alt' key?

On second thought it could have been a dead pixel...

it appear way too quick for my eyes to process exactly what it was.
