reply to Flak Haven't really seen slower speeds, but pings have been up slightly and some packet loss that I normally don't see. The packet loss has been happening almost every since the direct support went away, go figure. Charter management better get back in the game and realize that the guys that used to help on the internet were much better help then the idiots I get on the phone.
