for many months now I am required to pay QST for my 16/1 dsl connection with teksavvy.
If you're required to collect QST, why am I still barred from entering your fancy giveaway?
I know the Quebec laws are crazy and cumbersome but common, you charge me QST so go that extra mile to allow folks like myself to be eligible.

Most of the time, it's just not worth it for companies to jump through all those extra hoops to allow Quebec citizens to enter a contest. |
