NewBellUser @bell.ca	NewBellUser Anon 2012-Dec-25 2:14 pm I just called 310-Surf and they have no idea what double login means... Their scripted answer Sagemcom is equipped with wireless and if range is not good i could get an extender... Anyone from Bell can help me with this?

Don't ever call them for technical questions regarding PPPOE, sync rate etc. This is the place for that sort of stuff.
