| [IA] Just got the 50mbs service the modem cycles 3 times a day I just got the service no more than 2 weeks ago and i love the speed, the issue that i am having is that, at least 3 times a day maybe more, the modem will reset it self. It is starting to become more than just a pesky issue.
I have watched the router logs and they seem fine, have at least 3 machines, 2 game systems and a couple tablets hooked up. I am 99.9% sure that its not an issue with the router.
When the web drops the router shows that the wan is disconnected and then it waits for the modem to come back.
This would be the second night that i have gotten up in the morning and the modem is on but its not responding, so i power cycle it and its better.
Any help would be great. |

| Tech came out, and replaced a plate i think he called it, and replaced the modem and all is great now. Thanks for all the help and the great service |
