It just does not make sense since the TV Guide HD channel shows up for the online guide on verizon websites. It says that the channel should be there. But it is not.
Even the CSR said that the channel should be accessible in VHO7.
Any update would be appreciated.

| So All-in-all, we all can agree that all VHOs will get this new TV Guide HD channel fairly soon, because a few VHOs already have this particular channel. I am correct in assuming this ? |

| Yes correct, It takes each VHO a different time to add channel's, samething with the IMG upgrades. All VHO'S should have tv guide HD in jan 2013. |

Plano, TX | We already have it on VHO1, got it a week or two ago, sometime toward the beginning of December.
Now we need H2 HD! C'mon Verizon, try adding HD channels we actually want. Took you like 4 years to add Cartoon Network HD...  |
