[Apps] Anyone use doubleTwist and "AirSync"?

I want to load my iTunes songs currently on my Mac on to the Nexus 7. Has anyone used doubleTwist "AirSync" to do it? If so, what do you think?

Last time I used it which was a year ago, they hadn't released an update in eight months. I don't know what they've done recently but last I used it it appeared that they had abandoned the project.

There is something called AirDroid that starts a mini-web server on your phone and you access it via your web browser which you use that to transfer files to your phone.

Thanks trparky. I'll take a look at AirDroid.

I checked out AirDroid, and it doesn't seem to be what I'm looking for. I need something more similar to the doubleTwist Player that is designed to sync with iTunes.

I do not know if anything will Sync with iTunes, but for streaming my video and audio content to my mobile devices from my computer, I've been using Emit. It works for both the iPhone and Android devices (i've tested them on both).

It has the ability to stream content that may be stored at 8GB and auto-lower the quality to a point where it can be streamed over the Internet at better-than-youtube quality.

You can also permanently convert videos into something like 100MB per 20 minutes at high quality and store them permanently on your phone as well.

All of this can be done for music as well.
