[Tampa] Bright House home security - Orlando area

Hi, I just had this system installed today. Can someone tell me if it runs on Z-Wave or Zigbee technology? I ask because I want to add some other modules such as a door lock and light switches that Bright House does not sell.

Thanks!

Please see this link

here is a small section of that article:

There are two types of OpenHome™: Converge and Connect. OpenHome™ Converge consists of a touch screen tablet and security panel that is used with a variety of Wifi or cable Internet services (OpenHome: Interactive Home, 2011). According to iControl Networks Inc., OpenHome™ Converge integrates the most advanced security control provider’s panels with Wifi, Z-Wave, and Zigbee technologies.

The technician who installed the unit also told me that he was told that the unit supported both Z-Wave and Zigbee. He wasn't sure though.

Thank you.

Any way for me to add my own zigbee device - such as a kwikset lock?
