[Express] Rogers express being billed extreme price
Last month I got switched to the express service with 300gb data and now got billed $119 for the extreme when I called them they said I'm on a one year contract and need to pay $20 to switch tiers. They can't find my case when I provided the number.
Of course they can't. Since all calls are recorded, call back and demand they pull the recordings on the day you were given that case #.
If not, Office of the President, they can pull calls.

They telling me they can't find notes. And I will require lawyer to get the recordings.
They will never provide you with the actual recording, they can however provide you with a transcript. No lawyer is required for this, you'll need to send a written request to the Rogers privacy officer. The turnaround time is approximately 30 days though. It's easier to just escalate it to the OOP though as they will often proactively review recordings.
