Ignoring the legal question about what you're trying to do, please be aware that VPN has everything to do
with secure communications over an insecure medium, and nothing else.

That being said, a) what is your IP address showing up as, and have you checked, and b) have you confirmed
your "bookmaking" traffic is going thru the VPN tunnel?

If you are looking to hide your IP, look into a proxy service or TOR.

A)my ip address is the vpn's I have checked
B)I was under the impression that when I connect to the vpn server all traffic goes through it

There is no difference with proxies
