[Northeast] port forwarding issue

hello all. im having i issue trying to get a certain port open om my router and no matter what i do it will not open. i looking to see if any of you guys can help me out

my router is a fios, actiontec-MI424-WR REV-E running firmware 20.19.8

im trying to open the port for 192.168.1.3:2000 and no matter what i try it wont open. if anybody can give me some help i would be thankful because ive had it up to here with this router

Try this:
Take your two rules out and add the following:
1. Your device from drop down
2. Custom Protocol
3. Protocol = Both
4. Source = Any
5. Destination = 2000
6. WAN = All Broadband
7. Forward Port = Same as incoming

On mine, in the column labeled "Networked Computer/Device", only (internal) IP addresses are listed for the entries I've added. Not sure why default entry includes "192.168.1.248:50000" in the first column...
