reply to Jeffrez I also have nothing to say bad about the techs. They have went out of their way to attempt to fix problems but the constant modem reboots and very slow speeds are taking their toll. Problem is many of us do not have a choise unless we go sat or cell phone. Which I can't since I am required to have a hard wired connection to work. Being disbaled is bad enough but putting up with these issues is by far the worse.
