I'm in a rural area and can't get an antenna to work. I have to pay $83 just to get 3 channels I like. That's just too much I think.

I have Dish, bang for the buck it is a pretty decent product. I have never had any problems with the exception of a micro storm taking the dish off my roof a couple summers ago (in fairness I lost part of the roof as well). May make sense to look into. In some cases it can be bundled with your internet service to save a few extra bucks.

I'm pretty sure you should be able to get something, it might involve an outdoor antenna mounted on your roof or a tower, and a good pre-amp, but you should at least be able to get a couple of the major networks.

Enter your info on this site and it will give you an idea of which channels you can receive.
