BC runs a TON of roadblocks year round. I truly believe we catch
more because we check more and those numbers are a result.

more because we check more and those numbers are a result. Impaired driving is a federal criminal charge, though. BC's 0.03 is a regulatory offence. It is not the same as impaired driving.
The part about enforcement kind of makes sense though. If you're trying to screw people over with 0.03, you're bound to find more people who blow over 0.08. |
