Dallas has seemed to be at the top of the list for products since 2010 for some reason. Ever since 2010 Dallas has gotten things that the rest of Texas does not have such as several HD channels: E! HD, style HD, halogen HD, Fox Deportes HD, Ovation HD was added in 2011 but dropped on 1/1/13, Sportsman Channel HD.
The Dallas area had an upgrade on the internet last july that added two downstreams for DOCSIS bonding so we have 6 downstreams and 4 upstreams. I would not be surprised to see some changes on the upstream very soon here as the upstreams are already bonded.
I believe this upgrade is coming to San Antonio sometime after the analog cuts that are planned for later this month

It took a month from the analog cuts here for us to notice the two extra downstreams to popup in various hubs which someone posted on here one day and it took 3 weeks from then for the upgrade to reach the CMTS I am on. For some reason my area's CMTS is one of the last in the metro to get upgrades but we do get them. (I live in a Uverse area)
