doom 2 to doom 3 went from dark game, to a scare game... turned me off to it
That awkward moment you walk into a dark hall with the occasional spark lighting everything up and the walls are covered in blood splatter. Halfway down the hall, the music climaxes. You shine your flashlight straight ahead and there is this huge, f*cked up creature rushing you!
