Swap "High Speed Internet" for "Lightning" in the tier name/speed mapping and you'll have the correct ordering.
I'd say that I'm jealous of Bright House customers, who now have 10 Mbps more speed than I do on TWC...but I don't know whether I'd even notice a 20% speed increase on my 50 Mbps speed, most of the time anyway.
