I seriously doubt any AV would protect you if it's able to get past your browser and the windows ASLR. If someone is going to spend the time to defeat a popular browser such as IE,FF, or Chrome and the windows sandbox do you really think McAfee, Norton and the rest will protect you? I bet you they test their malware against the most popular Av's to achieve the highest rate of infection.
