I'm pretty sure the line coming off the DSLAM is shared with all the other customers in the neighbourhood.

| just like Sasktel, they have your own dedicated line in your home that you not sharing with other user like you do with Shaw. so Telus and Sasktel have the line terminological so that you can use the net with your own line not sharing with somebody else. if you have 15 megs with Telus, IF YOU take the full 15 MEGS, YOU not share it amongs your neighbors.
