Wind was actually one of the worst providers I have ever tried. Hopefully, now with Lacavera out of the picture, they can stop pretending they are "canadian", and actually provide some better service.
However, mark my words, in 2014, Rogers will buy Wind. Orascom wants out of canada, and focus on markets like italy and russia.--
