The latest FCC report shows OOL delivering over 100% of advertised speeds.
Here is what I am getting now, with 3 other users on my network.

There's my current speed test even though right now i'm having a some "issues" - can't figure out if it's OOL or my PC being funky.
The one thing with OOL is that their prices hasn't changed in 10yrs (excepting 19 days ago when it raised $5). Still a good deal though IMO compared to FiOS.
That's not to say I wouldn't get FiOS if it were available to me, I wish! |

| reply to jackishere It says 15mb, but with a DOCSIS 3 modem its really 21mb down, at least for me when I had my OOL with no Boost. With Boost I'm doing pretty good. |

|
 | As I understand it, currently they have 3 tiers: Standard - 15/2 Boost Plus - 50/8 Ultra - 101/15 |

How were you able to swing that? |

| I just got my bill - $86.59. There is tax on the TV.
I just called them when my last promotion was up and said my bill was too high.
Notice it is Optimum Value and regular OOL. We only get 500 channels we never watch, instead of 1000. And our internet speeds are 18/2 on the 15/2 plan.
We have no cable boxes - just one cable card that we use for our 3 TVs and recording.
Not much competition where I live - no Verizon. But at&t is pushing uverse - sold my dad, who is switching from OOL. -- NOTHING justifies terrorism. We don't negotiate with terrorists. Those that support terrorists are terrorists. |
