| Welcome to BBR!
It may help to look at the minidump files from the crashes with a debugger.
Can you zip up the minidump files in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and attach to a post in this thread?
If you have problems zipping the minidump files copy the minidump files to another location such as a folder on the Desktop. |

| reply to azurah How old is this laptop? What Brand/Model is this laptop?
Examining the files and the dumps shows that 1 of the dumps is from june-2010. The remainder are from late Dec-2012 to now.
The vast majority of the latest dumps indicate a generic hardware problem, and suggested a possible thermal (Overheating) issue as the main cause. Nothing really specific that I could see I'm afraid. Hopefully auggy may have more/better details. |

Which basically says your computer is failing. The other arguments may tell you more (as per the first link above). |

 | Thank you dave for the reply and info...
I understand now a little bit about this bluescreen and about a hardware prob... Base on the article that i must do to prevent from error...
1. I did not install any update and hard drive in my windows update.. 2. But i scan the laptop for any virus on windows defender and malwarebyt but it says it is clean.. 3. I check the hard drive status for any error and it says it is fine???
What should i do if i install a update and hard drive in my window update???? Can it be fix the prob from failing of my machine???
Or what should i do to prevent it from failing??? |

davePremium,MVM join:2000-05-04 not in ohio kudos:8 | It seems to be a hardware problem. You can't fix hardware by installing software. You need to diagnose the hardware problem.
The easiest thing to start with is memory testing: find and run a memory diagnostic like memtest86+. You need to run it for a long time - I'd suggest at least 12 hours.
If that's ok, to check out the overheating theory, you might run a 'cpu burn' program. I have no recommendations, but this one seems typical of the genre.
Ultimately, you may have to replace parts. Or at least, if overheating, clean out the fluff from the air vents. Unfortunately, laptops are not usually easy to work on.
I'm a software guy. At this point it might be better to head over to the 'hardware problems' forum here. |

| reply to azurah The problem may be the memory as some of the errors, such as CACHE_MANAGER, are often RAM related.
Even if the memory tested OK the problem could still be the memory.
Can you or someone else reseat the RAM?
If that does not help try removing one the RAM modules and see if the laptop can start.
If that still does not help try the other module. |
|
 | Thank you auggy for your response...
I did reseated the ram already i clean it by ereaser the golden area then put it back... But i did not try using one ram because of WMD i will do it if it is complete... I will update you what will happen...
Earlier the windows memory diagnostic tool is complete and it is fine nothing problem detected... And now i run the setup repair and i dont know if it is working or its been stuck up, i dont know if its still working or not... And i am still waiting until now its been 2hrs already... |

| If you have a second computer, pull the HDD out of the laptop, hook it up to the second HDD and use HDTune pro trial and provide screen shots of the full screen of the SMART tab and then do an error scan and post the screen shot of the results.
