i'm confused,

here's some scenarios, can you answer them

download 90% - http?
download > 1mbit, upload >90% - http?
download 1mbit, upload 90%+ - http?

I'm confused by your question, don't "upload > 90%" and "upload 90%+" both mean the same thing, upload greater than 90%?

I can't browse http when downloading greater than 1mbit or uploading at 90%, or both combined. I know that uploading slows your download speed considerably, but I am confused as to why downloading at pretty much any speed stops my http from working entirely.

weird, I had 4 scenarios, something happened.

basically,

it was the combs and perms of high upload, low upload, high download, low download
