[Cable] No Option to MOVE cable service to new location

There is no option to select that is a move of my current cable service.. What do I do?

Do I cancel and Re-Do it?

Yeah you may as well because you pay the install fee whether you move the service or go with a "new service". I've gone through a move with TSI Cable and that is what Rogers charges to TSI.

I had the same problem when i moved in Dec.
just post the moving information in the direct forum or call in

Assuming your on the Rogers Network, it has to be placed as a new order with notes.
