Electronic Box - New Client processing delay?
I am currently with Videotron, wanting to switch to EBox. My billing cycle restarts in 2 days.
If I order the EBox internet service and modem today, would I get it in time or would I get another month with Videotron?

That said, you can cancel videotron , mid-month.
you do not need to give Videotron notice for any services. Once you hand in your modem at a Club Videotron and you are effectively cancelled

Got off the phone with EBox, they confirmed what you guys said. They have very good customer service by the way.
Only difference, its easier to reach us + we are faster :P :P :P
