I got a 7216 with an upgraded 500g hard drive. 2 day turn around.
I also got the same mode, refurbished with a few dents on the front and a lot of dirt on the top. Not very happy with the condition.
Seems like everyone is getting the 7216 model, what are the chances that I get a new DVR if I call in and complain? -- 75/35 Fios, Triple Play Extreme.
